1. Orders & Payments

For all orders on vehicles, either converted or unconverted and all DIY or supply & fit conversion kits, we require.

an initial holding deposit of 5% of the order value on placement of order.

the full balance is to be paid on order completion

All orders for parts or accessories, where there is no vehicle, either converted or unconverted and supplied by us

and no conversion kit, either supplied fitted or DIY, must be paid for in full, prior to goods being dispatched or

upon collection.

All Cheques for holding deposits, full deposits or total balances remaining, must be made payable to G&P. We

accept payments by any of the following:

Personal Cheque

Credit/Debit Card

Cash

If Payment is made by personal cheque, then all vehicles, kits or accessories purchased cannot leave our premises

until the cheque payment has fully cleared.

All Goods including vehicles will remain the property of G&P, until paid for in full.

All prices quoted are excluding VAT unless otherwise stated.

Any Campervan vehicle sales or building and/or fitting orders, which are cancelled by the customer, after work

has commenced, will result in the automatic loss of the 30% deposit plus any holding deposits made.

Any costs incurred to G&P (campervan.uk.com), above the 30% deposit and initial holding deposit, must also be

paid. Any order which is cancelled before work has commenced, a refund may be given at our discretion.

All mail order goods are subject to our post & packaging charges.

All goods that are retuned are subject to a 25% handling charge.

2. Misc

Although we always endeavour to meet quoted deadlines, we are unable to guarantee delivery or collection dates

due to operational constraints and the intricate nature of our product.

Please note specification of our vehicles may vary from time to time.

Every effort has been taken to ensure the accuracy of the contents of our brochure. However the company cannot

be held responsible for any errors that may occur.

All damages, shortages or omissions must be reported to us within 3 working days.

These Terms & Conditions along with the details in our brochure are subject to change without prior notice.

These Terms & Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
